In Hands of Mandarine, I invite the audience to reactivate the tactile skills of the hands, and their ability to perform collectively in a challenging and fragrant way. The aim of the exercise is for different hands to negotiate together how to peel a tangerine without breaking its skin into more than one piece. The peeled tangerine segments can be shared and enjoyed by the group. The peels, which are now abstract shapes built by many hands, are displayed on a wall.
